hjzy Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the hjzy platform — whether through the website at hjzy.net, the hjzy mobile app, or any other hjzy service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use hjzy.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and hjzy. They apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawals, and any communication with the hjzy support team.

Bets placed on hjzy are final once confirmed. hjzy will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error that demonstrably affected the outcome of a round. If a technical error occurs during a game session, hjzy will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's rules.

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your hjzy account.
• Money Laundering: Using hjzy to process funds derived from illegal activity. hjzy complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on hjzy.

• Technical failures outside hjzy's reasonable control, including internet outages or payment provider downtime.

In no event will hjzy's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

hjzy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

Where an account is closed by hjzy due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with that account — including real money deposits — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. hjzy will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is legally permissible to do so.
